I earned my Masters in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago.  Long before my official 7+ years in the social work field, I felt passionate about promoting the dignity of all people and saw and felt how vital one-on-one, supportive relationships could be towards fostering healing and wellness.

Specific Populations & Experiences:

Older Adults & Family Caregivers: I have worked with hundreds of older adults and their families around staying in their homes safely and with support, identity changes, chronic pain, and caregiving. I additionally ran a Grandparents Raising Grandchildren support program, which included group and individual therapy, resource connection, social activities and general support for this amazing population.

Youth & Children: I have worked with many youth and children and I love the energy, resiliency and fun of supporting and empowering youth though different types of trauma and general transition. I have worked at several after school and summer programs for youth, which incorporated individual therapy. I also completed one of my internship placements at a school, facilitating play therapy with children.

Women & New Moms: I have supported many women, moms and non-moms, in a variety of roles, including as a therapist, and as an advocate at a women’s shelter.
